The client: Lowy Institute for
International Policy, a Sydney-based think tank
The brief: To produce publications reflecting
the Institute's position as Australia's pre-eminent policy think-tank.
The publications: a suite of materials
comprising: the flagship monograph series 'Lowy Institute Papers', the
annual Lowy Poll 'Australia & the World', bulletins on current affairs
topics, and marketing materials.
Longueville Media has been the Lowy Institute’s publisher
since 2004, publishing our flagship series, Lowy Institute Papers.

The client: Dimensional
Funds Management
The brief: To publish a collection of essays
highlighting the company's independent perspective and focus on academic
research and values.
The project: Design and production of 'Outside
the Flags', a 120 page book including a colour charts, cover design,
internal layouts, production and print.
Longueville Media provided a professional published product, at reasonable

The client: St George Antiochian Cathedral,
Sydney
The brief: To work with the Cathedral for
12 months on their centenary history project resulting in a record of
the cathedral community from the 1800s to the present. The project included
assisting the research and collection of over 250 individual family histories
and photographs.
The publication: The result was a 420-page
hardback linen-bound book 'St George & its People: Past, Present & Future'.
The book was launched at an official function by the Her Excellency
Prof. Marie Bashir, Governor of New South Wales.

The client: Delta Electricity
The brief: To produce a momento for all
those who had worked at the Wallerang Power Station since its opening
in 1957.
The publication: A photographic history was
created to preserve the memory of this station, a building that was an
unprecedented investment in energy supply for the state of News South Wales.
The 50th anniversary of the [Wallerawang] power station was an
important milestone and we wanted to give current and former employees
a lasting memento of the occasion but we had very tight timelines. Longueville
Media was exceptionally professional and prompt in taking us from words
and images to a quality photographic history book, and at the right
price. I was very grateful for their responsiveness and all who received
the book have been delighted.

The client: Wool Partners
The brief: To produce catalogue for a collection
of artworks depicting the history of merino sheep farming in Australia.
The product: The commemorative
exhibition catalogue '200 Years of Wool' |

The client: East Australia Trading Consolidated
The brief: To design an auction catalogue
that showcased auction items.
The product: Originally a printed catalogue,
Longueville migrated the publication to be a successful electronic product
resulting in 150% more images for auction items than previously allowed
in the printed version.

The client: Mortgage Choice
The brief: To produce a product that would
enable the client to grow its share of the new home owner market.
The product: In its first year of publication, 2007, the work was published as
a book that was distributed by franchisees and sold through bookshops nationally.
In year two, the work was migrated to CD which included interactive elements
such as video clips from the clients television advertising campaigns.

The client: Parkes Shire Council, New
South Wales
The brief: To design a book to commemorate
the Parkes community over the past 25 years.
The product: A pictorial history of the period
celebrating the legends, people and places on which Parkes is built. The
book was published in three formats: softcover, jacketed handback and special
limited edition linen-bound hardback.
